
LavGav is a Ukrainian brand that offers biodegradable dog waste bags made from corn starch or recycled polyethylene, as well as specialized dog waste stations branded as Dog Waste Stations. The company operates as a social enterprise, directing part of its profits toward supporting animal welfare organizations and solving local environmental issues.
The challenge: To create a convenient, functional, and visually clean online store that combines e-commerce tools with the brand’s core values. The website serves both retail customers and corporate clients, while also supporting LavGav’s charitable initiatives.
The project included:
– a responsive e-commerce website with a concise product catalog and functional checkout,
– deep integration with CRM, email marketing tools, payment systems, fiscalization services, and delivery providers,
– a loyalty program with personalized coupons and offers for registered users,
– a charity upsell system that allows customers to add pet food or shelter support items to their cart during checkout,
– a feature that lets users track the amount of charitable support generated by LavGav through purchases,
– modules for promotions, special offers, and targeted email campaigns.
